When you request a quote or booking we collect your name, email, phone number, details about your vehicle (year, make, model, size, and VIN if you give it), the service you want, your preferred drop-off time, and any notes you add. Our website host also logs basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type.

How we use it

We use your information to quote and schedule your service, contact you about your appointment, run our business, and, if you agree, send you occasional offers. We keep your records in the software we use to run the shop and manage customers.

Text messages

If you check the SMS box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from OTOHAUZ about your appointment and occasional offers. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the service providers that help us run the business, such as our booking and customer management software, payment processor, and website host. They can use it only to provide their service to us. We don't sell your personal information.
